Description: Tall, slender vase covered in a turquoise matte glaze. Bottom markings include Double-A, Van Briggle, and date of 1906 all incised in the handwriting attributed to Anne Van Briggle. Design #483C is impressed. This was produced the first year of the design.
Dimensions: 7 1/2″ height, 2 3/4″ diameter
Other: “C” designation after the Design #483 denotes the first size. “A & B” were used to designate larger sizes; “E & F” were used to designate smaller sizes.

Another example of #483C in an outstanding example of brown “orange peel” glaze. Bottom markings include the incised Double-A, Van Briggle, and date of 1906 as well as the impressed Design #483. The vase height is 8″.
