Description: Bowl with pattern of 8 heart-shaped leaves encircling the rim; covered in a dark mulberry glaze. The bottom is streaked with glaze, has an inscribed Double-A, Van Briggle, and “9” which is thought to be a finisher number; markings attributed to the late teens period.
Dimensions: 7″ width, 3 1/2″ height
Other: The glaze is a deep mulberry, with a light over spray of blue. Top photo appears much lighter, as it was taken with a flash to better show the details of the design and over spray.
